Provide and maintain the getqueryly service

Track Makes usage and API limits

3. File Handling & Privacy

Your files are private. Specifically:

Files are processed in memory and deleted after processing completes
We do not read, analyze, or access your files except as needed to process your request
We do not share your files with any third party
We do not use your files to train AI models
We do not sell or distribute your file content

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. We implement:

Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
Encrypted password storage
API key hashing (SHA-256)
Regular security reviews

5. Third-Party Services

We use these third-party services to operate getqueryly:

Authentication: Secure account management
Payment processing: Card details never touch our servers
Email delivery: Transactional emails only
Hosting: Encrypted, redundancy-protected servers
AI providers: AI model inference (file content may be sent for processing)

6. AI Processing

When you use AI features (summarize, analyze, chat, slides):

File content or extracted text is sent to AI providers for processing
AI providers do not retain your data after processing (per their API policies)
AI responses are not used to train models
You can use getqueryly without AI features if you prefer

We send your file to the AI to do the maths, but we delete it right after. We do not keep your chats to train.

7. Marketing Communications

We only send marketing emails if you explicitly opt in. You can choose your preferences:

Weekly: Product updates, tips, and new features
Monthly: Digest of updates and improvements
Never: No marketing emails (transactional emails still sent)

8. Data Retention

Account data: Retained until you delete your account
Uploaded files: Deleted after processing (typically within minutes)
Usage logs: Retained for 30 days for analytics
API keys: Retained until revoked or expired
